Denys Kolesnyk is a French analyst and consultant based in Paris. He specializes in security and defense issues in Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland, Ukraine and Russia. In particular, he focuses on information warfare and influence.

He has worked with the NATO Liaison Office, Effective Engagement Strategies and different private entities. He has been an associate expert with the East European Security Research Initiative. In early 2022 he founded Info Ops France - an initiative aimed at improving the informational resilience of French society.

Mr. Kolesnyk holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and, since late 2019, has been pursuing his thesis at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers, focusing on the issues of disinformation, social networks, media narratives and their impact on public opinion.
